TEAM REGISTRATION
INSTRUCTIONS: Registration for you team requires five simple steps. Your team roster can be submitted at a later date, however, please make sure anyone on your team has submitted their player waiver. In the event that a session does not have enough interest, all money paid will be refunded within 1 week of the start date of the league.
- Fill out the Team Registration Form
- Pay the team registration fee
- Fill out and submit the player waiver for yourself
- Fill out and submit your roster (don’t worry, you can change and modify it later)
- Make sure everyone on your team has submitted their player waiver prior to the first game.
