Welcome to Metro East Football Association, offering the best adult outdoor soccer leagues for St. Louis and Southwest Illinois. We have an 8v8 Sunday League, as well as an 11v11 League playing Friday evenings, each with the goal of having multiple competitive divisions. Both leagues accept full teams, as well as having comprehensive support for unaffiliated adult soccer players who are looking for opportunities to play The Beautiful Game.

Metro East Football Association is honored to be the only local adult soccer league affiliated and sanctioned by U.S. Soccer and U.S Adult Soccer Association via Illinois State Soccer Association. Saint Louis has a long and proud soccer tradition and is home to many top tier clubs as well as multiple current and former world-class professional players.
